Spot Shrimp – Medium Size

Alaskan Shrimp, sweet and succulent, are the largest of their kind. Caught in pots and immediately frozen aboard the vessel, they are exceptional when sautéed with garlic and butter or gently steamed and served with a butter dip. All shrimp come with shells on, and heads removed, and they may contain roe, which is often seen as a delicacy. However, the roe can be discarded with the shell during peeling.
