Scallops – Medium Size

These generous wild ocean scallops, ranging from 10 to 20 per pound, originate from Nova Scotia, just like our Jumbo variety. These scallops are a bit smaller, cooking more quickly than the larger ones, and are ideal for extending dishes like salads and pastas or serving a crowd. They are dry-packed without preservatives or added water, preserving their natural size. They are known for their pure, clean flavor and for retaining their size nicely when cooked.

Average weight 0.75 – 1.00 pounds.
